The (128-bit) AES-GCM encrypted bytes of the payload.
This must be serialized as the concatenation Nonce/IV || Cipher || Tag/MAC
where:
- Nonce/IV: 12 bytes
- Cipher(text): Variable length
- Tag/MAC: 16 bytes
